Accommodation   Sleeps 2 adults & 2 children A cosy, modern holiday house with lots of character, beautifully situated in the grounds of a 16th century cottage in the middle of the Kent countryside on the North Downs. The house sleeps 2 adults and 2 children in the "much loved" snug area. The snug area is part of the open plan living/kitchen area, with patio doors to the outside. There is a TV and DVD with a selection of dvd's to choose from located in the double bedroom. A Wi-Fi connection is also available. The bedroom has high ceilings with lots of light flowing in from double aspect windows with exceptional views of the garden. The spacious bathroom contains of a washing basin, toilet and shower. As well as your own garden area, with garden furniture to seat 6, you have the use of a larger part of the garden. Local information The house is located in a  very picturesque little hamlet. Easily accesable (10 minute drive) from the M20 junction 11. This location is particularly suited for cultural and nature lovers with many available walks to your hearts desire. And why not stop of in one of the many characteristic pubs. It is surrounded by beeches and beautiful villages and only a 10 minutes drive away from the historic city of Canterbury.
